✧ In the case of pre-orders, custom commissions & orders of discontinued items [including last chance sale items], cancellations will NOT be available. [EDITED FOR VISIBILITY] ✧

Cancellations shall be accepted within the first 24 hours after you have placed your purchase, so long as your order has not been shipped out already. After that point, all sales are to be considered final as we do not offer exchanges or returns. In the event that you need to request a cancellation, please use the Contact page or email Lilithswares@gmail.com directly with your name & order number.

We do not claim responsibility for issues that arise while a package is in the hands of the Postal Service. That includes lost, damaged, or stolen packages, for more information please visit the Shipping Information page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
